It's taken me 50 years to figure out what is amazingly beautiful about this industry and what stinks up the joint. Nowadays, there's a handful of people making obscene amounts of money and everyone else can go kick rocks. All we're doing is getting rid of the stuff that stinks up the joint and keeping the rest.

Our Pipeline

Investors Are Already Helping Power Our First Slate

This isn't a concept. With the help of our earliest investors, these beloved stories are getting new chapters. It's a glimpse of what this model makes possible: fans with a direct stake in what gets made, and a share in what it becomes. Here are the stories currently in development:

Caillou

One of the most recognized children's franchises in the world, broadcast in over 140 countries and 21 languages. with 73+ billion minutes of YouTube watch time.

Johnny Test

This cult favorite ran from 2005 to 2015 before a Netflix revival proved the audience was still there.

Vision

In Hollywood, “waterfall” is an inside joke.

It should mean money flows from the top to the creators at the bottom. Instead, creators often see nothing. Watrfall was named to flip that concept on its head, building a model where the flow is real and transparent to everyone involved.

PROBLEM

The Audience Isn’t the Problem.
The Gatekeepers Are.

New stories are rarer by design. Hollywood funnels 80% of budgets into sequels, reboots, and franchises. Not because audiences demand it. Because execs hate “risk.” And when projects make money, creators rarely see it. But the model’s cracking. The percentage of sequels outperforming predecessors has fallen yearly since 2020. Meanwhile, breakout originals like Sinners and Weapons returned 4-7X on fractions of the budgets. How many more never got made?

SOLUTION

Meet the Hollywood Rebellion

Watrfall is the first studio where audiences and creators decide what gets made and share in what it earns. No gatekeepers choosing for everyone. No executives hoarding profits. Fans who've only been talked at finally have a voice. Creators who've been locked out finally have a door. And the money can finally flow to everyone.

Participation: Fans vote on, fund, and ultimately decide what gets made

Transparency: All contracts and payouts are publicly tracked on-chain

Control: No middleman interference or creative meddling

Quality: Creators stay true to their vision; audiences get better stories

Competitive Advantage

Today’s Entertainment Platforms Run on Bloated, Expensive Systems

By partnering with next-gen video platforms, Watrfall unlocks lighter, more efficient video delivery systems that slash hosting and storage costs compared to legacy cloud platforms. And because every project is tracked through a transparent digital ledger, everyone involved can see how the money flows and where it ends up. That means lower operating costs, clearer reporting, and more profit staying with the people driving success: fans, creators, and investors.
